RoHS 自我宣告書(RoHS Declaration of Conformity)
一、(深圳市宜源科技有限公司)（以下稱本公司）特此保證售予貴公司之所有產(chǎn)品，皆需符合歐盟2011/65/EU及修訂指令(EU)2015/863之規(guī)范要求。
(ETERNAL Tech) declares that all products sold to the company, are complied with European Union RoHS Directive (2011/65/EUand (EU)2015/863) requirement.
二、我司部分產(chǎn)品中的鉛（Pb）被歐盟RoHS指令2011/65/EU豁免，相應豁免條文（請以英文原文為準）?！?/span>ANNEX Ⅲ 7（a）》：高熔點焊料中的鉛(既鉛含量等于或大于85%的鉛基合金焊料)。
The lead (PB) in our products is exempted from the EU RoHS directive 2011 / 65 / EU, The corresponding exemption provisions (please refer to the original English version) .《 Annex Ⅲ 7 (a)》:Lead in high melting point solder (i.e. lead based alloy solder with lead content equal to or greater than 85%).
三、本公司同意因本保證書或與本保證書相關(guān)事宜有所爭議時，雙方宜友好協(xié)商，達成協(xié)議。
(ETERNAL Tech) agrees that both parties shall settle any dispute arising from or in connection with this Declaration of Conformity by friendly negotiations.
注：此聲明基于（代工廠）提交SGS的測試報告或其它第三方合格資質(zhì)檢測機構(gòu)出具檢測報告。
Note: This statement is based on the test report submitted by (OEM) to SGS or the test report issued by other third-party qualified testing institutions.
